• Community sharing of public summaries

• Email digest subscriptions for YouTube channels

3. User Accounts

• Free Use: You may use the basic summarization features without creating an account, subject to daily usage limits.
• Account Creation: Certain features require an account created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free Plan: Includes 3 summaries per day with basic features at no charge.
• Paid Plans: Pro and Team plans offer enhanced features and higher usage limits. Pricing is listed on our Pricing page.
• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond normal use, unless using our official API.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or access controls.
• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
• Resell or redistribute summaries generated by the Service for commercial purposes without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (e.g., custom notes added to summaries). By sharing summaries publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on our platform.
• AI-Generated Summaries: Summaries are generated from publicly available YouTube video content using AI. The original video content remains the property of its respective creators.
• Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

• YouTube Content: Video content summarized through our Service is sourced from YouTube. We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google. Your use of YouTube content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
• AI Accuracy: Summaries are generated by AI and may not be 100% accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
• Third-Party Links: The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN AI-GENERATED CONTENT; OR (D) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR CONDUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

• Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
